TMT Bars
The Manufacturing Process of first we taken M.S. scrap & sponge iron in induction furnance, Scrap melted in induction furnance for mutual induction in 1600o , after pouring moulded metal in cast iron mould. After cooling mould step out from moulded, that is called mild steel Ingots (Known as M.S.) Again reprocessing for rolling pre heating process, for making TMT with various specific sizes.
TMT bars are also known as ‘Quenched and Tempered rebars because of the quenching and tempering processes involved in making the Tmt bars.
BAJAJ TMT Bars are manufactured conforming to various international standards, viz. ISO 9001 : 2008 Co. (Licence No. Q.M.S.K. 09596) and IS : 1786 (Licence No. CM/L 3133337).
